Our Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@artprotectessential.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
If It’s Our Mistake:
If we have sent you the wrong item or the item is defective, please return it to us at your earliest convenience. We will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and verify the condition, we will promptly issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.
If It’s a Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind about the product, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. In such cases, while we may not be able to offer free return shipping, we will review each case individually to find a solution that is fair for both you and us. This might include store credit, a partial refund, or another form of compensation depending on the circumstances.
How to Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
- Include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip.
- Ship the item to the address we’ll send you by email.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
